Founded in 2002, Redman Technologies became the first company, board authorized in Canada to provide full IDX/VOW products to REALTORS® and Brokers. Originally, the initial software was conceived by Wayne William Heine, a top producing REALTOR® in Edmonton, Alberta. Wayne wanted to figure out a quicker, easier means to provide real estate information for both his buyers and his sellers without it remaining a labour intensive process.

Buyers who always wanted up-to-date information on what properties, were available and sellers, who wanted to keep tabs on the activity in their neighbourhood. Wayne saw hope in the speed of the internet and realized that he needed to develop a board approved solution. After hiring a team of staff, Wayne worked side by side with the Edmonton Real Estate Board to make his vision turn into reality.

Since 2002, Redman has developed into a larger team of professionals with a broad range of knowledge to meet the needs of supporting and developing far more complex and comprehensive systems. Wayne has since left the Real Estate business as a Realtor to dedicate his time to helping other Realtors succeed both online through Redman's software as well as through training seminars.

Redman has flourished, expanding across Western Canada and even into California last year with over 3500+ agents using Redman's system. Products are now extensive, including solutions for agents just starting out, top producers, brokers, as well as regional sites for real estate franchises.
